Our services require reserved time, staffing, and preparation. The following policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.
CANCELLATION
More than 48 hours’ notice
- No cancellation fee
- Full refund of any deposit paid
24–48 hours’ notice
- 50% of the scheduled service cost may be charged
Less than 24 hours’ notice
- Up to 100% of the scheduled service cost may be charged
This includes same-day cancellations.
No-Shows / No Access
If our team arrives and cannot access the property or begin work:
- The booking is considered a no-show
- 100% of the service cost may be charged
- A $60 lockout fee applies after 15 minutes of waiting
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand plans change and are happy to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
- More than 48 hours’ notice → Free reschedule
- 24–48 hours’ notice → One free reschedule (subject to availability)
- Less than 24 hours’ notice → Treated as a late cancellation and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed on the originally requested date.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC NOTES
Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Construction
These services require larger time blocks, staffing, and preparation.
Late cancellations may be charged at higher percentages due to operational impact.
Airbnb Turnovers
Same-day cancellations or access issues may be charged in full due to scheduling constraints.
WEATHER & EMERGENCIES
If extreme weather or genuine emergencies occur:
- No cancellation fees will apply
- We will reschedule your service as soon as possible
PAYMENT & ENFORCEMENT
- Cancellation fees are charged to the original payment method
- Outstanding fees must be settled before future bookings

Our cleaners reserve time specifically for your booking and often turn down other work to accommodate your appointment.
