Yes. Cleanora provides all professional-grade supplies, microfiber systems, and equipment required for deep cleaning, turnovers, and high-impact services.

Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

Absolutely. All cleaners are vetted, trained, and fully insured for your safety and peace of mind.

How do you calculate pricing?
  • We use a transparent and service-specific pricing structure:
  • Flat-rate pricing for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnovers
  • Square-foot pricing for post-construction and commercial cleaning
  • Hourly or flat-rate options for residential maintenance (loyal clients only)
  • Add-ons priced individually so you only pay for what you need

Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. There are no hidden fees.

How long will my cleaning take?

Cleaning duration depends on:

  • Home or space size
  • Condition (light, moderate, or heavy)
  • Type of service
  • Number of cleaners assigned

You’ll receive a time estimate before service. Estimates are approximate and may adjust if conditions differ from what was disclosed.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — being home is completely optional.

Many clients provide access via lockbox or temporary codes.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?

Yes.

  • We follow eco-conscious practices, including:
  • microfiber-based systems
  • reduced chemical usage
  • safe, effective products
  • stronger solutions used only when truly necessary

This balances sustainability with high-end results.

What is considered a “loyal client”?

Clients who schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal cleanings.

Loyal clients receive:

  • access to residential maintenance cleaning
  • priority scheduling
  • consistent care and preferred pricing
What if my home requires extra time due to heavy dirt, pets, or clutter?

If significantly more time is required due to undisclosed conditions, we’ll notify you before proceeding.Any additional time must be approved by you — no surprises.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.

If a specific area was missed within the original scope, we’ll return to address it.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • newly soiled areas
  • add-ons not booked
  • wear-and-tear or permanent damage
Do you handle laundry for Airbnb turnovers?

Yes. Laundry is included only when specified or added as an optional service.

We follow host-specific turnover checklists.

Are there cancellation fees?

Yes.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation charge to compensate our cleaners.

How do I book a cleaning?

What should I do to prepare my space before you arrive?

Please:

  • declutter surfaces
  • remove personal items

  • ensure access to the space

For move-in/move-out cleanings, the home must be empty.

Do you offer the same cleaner every time?

For residential maintenance clients, we try to assign the same cleaner when possible.

Deep cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and move-in/move-out services may use teams for efficiency.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Yes — as optional add-ons, including:

  • fridge
  • oven
  • cabinets
  • dishwasher
  • washer/dryer
Do you offer carpet or upholstery cleaning?

We provide light spot cleaning only as an add-on.

Full steam cleaning is referred to trusted partners.

Do you clean windows?

Interior windows: Yes

Exterior windows: No (specialty service)

Do you handle post-event or party cleanups?

Yes — we offer before and after event cleaning on a selective, quote-based basis.

This service is ideal for private events and small gatherings and requires approval before booking.
